A Standard Clean covers three zones of your home:
Kitchen — cobweb removal, dust surfaces and ceiling fans (from a 2-step ladder), clean sinks, exterior of cabinets, countertops, backsplash, exterior of appliances, inside and outside of microwave, stovetop, vacuum and mop floors, plus emptying trash.
Bathrooms — cobweb removal, dust surfaces and ceiling fans, clean showers and tubs, polish fixtures, clean vanities, mirrors, sinks, toilets, exterior of cabinets, vacuum and mop floors.
Bedrooms & Living Spaces — cobweb removal, dust all surfaces and ceiling fans, clean mirrors and tabletops, vacuum carpets, stairs and rugs, mop floors, general tidying, plus making beds and changing linens (when linens are provided).
Not included in Standard — inside the oven or refrigerator, inside cabinets, baseboards, doors and frames, light switches, inside windows, or blinds. Those are part of a Deep Clean.

Yes. We arrive with all professional-grade cleaning products, microfiber cloths, vacuums, and tools needed for the job — you don't need to provide anything. If you have allergies, pets, or specific preferences (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), let us know when you book and we'll bring the right products for your home.
Yes. Maryland Elevation Cleaning is a fully licensed LLC in the State of Maryland and carries comprehensive general liability insurance covering every visit. Documentation is available on request — just ask.
